Meet & Greet (Free)

All new clients receive a complimentary meet & greet so we can get to know each other, review routines, and make sure your dog feels comfortable before services begin.

Private Care Promise (unless requested or vet visit required)

All services are 100% private and one-on-one.
Your dog will never be walked with other dogs, transported in a vehicle, or taken outside your neighbourhood. Every visit is focused entirely on your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine.

🐾 Safety First Policy

Your dog’s health, comfort, and safety will always come before completing a set amount of walking time. Every visit is guided by your pet’s individual needs and real-time conditions.

Weather Safety

Walks take place rain, snow, or shine. However, in extreme weather, adjustments may be made for your dog’s well-being.

Cold Weather

If temperatures are extremely cold or your dog shows signs of discomfort (lifting paws, shivering, slowing down, refusing to walk), we may return home early and continue with indoor play, enrichment, or cuddle time instead.

Hot Weather

Fresh water is always brought on warm days. If your dog shows signs of overheating or fatigue (heavy panting, slowing down, seeking shade, lethargy), we will shorten the walk and switch to indoor or shaded activities.

For safety reasons, walk time is not paused, extended, or rescheduled due to weather-related adjustments. The full visit time will still be spent caring for your pet.

Health & Wellness Checks

Your dog’s condition is assessed at the start of every visit.

If your dog appears:

Limping or injured

Lethargic or unusually low energy

Vomiting/diarrhea

Sick or in distress

You will be contacted immediately to discuss next steps.

Safety Practices

To keep every dog safe, I always:

Use secure leashes and harnesses

Avoid off-leash situations unless discussed

Avoid interactions with unfamiliar dogs

Walk only in your neighbourhood (no vehicle transport)

Monitor weather, surfaces, and surroundings carefully

Follow your dog’s pace and comfort level

Take down an additional phone number incase of an emergency
